Creating a PLC in a Small School

Professional Learning Communities are promoted nationally as an important tool for staff development, but can they really work in a small school setting?

Cody McCanna, principal of Koliganek school in Southwest Region School District talks about the challenges and successes of building a PLC in a school with a staff of five certified teachers.
